WHO?
You have a passion for adventure, most sports, exploring wild places and you care for our planet earth. You enjoy sharing experiences near and far with friends and family. This is an unforgettable destination as part of an intimate group of travelers and an incredible support team.
THE WHY?
The White Continent is like no place else on earth as are the fjords and glaciers of Argentina and Chile. The beauty is almost indescribable. The wildlife is abundant, varied, and unique, depending upon the ship’s latitude. For starters, there are eight types of penguins.
The only way to visit is on a small expedition ship in the company of highly trained specialists: the Captains, (aka, Ice Master), Expedition leaders, naturalists, undersea specialists, cultural specialists, historians, photo instructors, video chroniclers and etho-musicologists!
You’ve read about it in National Geographic. You devoured books about Shackelton and now it’s your turn to be the pioneer.
THE WHERE?
The voyage departs from Ushuaia, Argentina, the Southernmost city on earth, visiting Tierra del Fuego National Park, then crosses Drake’s Passage, visiting the great ice and landscape of Antarctica and returns through the Horn of Africa into southern Patagonia’s vast wilderness of the fjords, exploring Chile’s “Glacier Alley and secluded Fjords up the coast. We returns from Puerto, Natales, Chile to Santiago, Chile.
